Sayer
I’m intent on giving air to the multivariate nature of our stories. As an author and speaker, I share real perspectives about living and working in the intersections—from executive to business owner; from Baltimore’s communities to across the world; and from falling apart to bringing my whole self together. I want to share what I’ve learned: there is a way to be more than okay, to be exactly where you’re intended to be. To be on your dot.
Read On Following the Dots to hear more—it’s part memoir, part self-help and all human story. See Speaking for events and to contact me about speaking with your peeps. #areyouonyourdot?
Practitioner
Having been an operations professional in human services, education and community-centered design organizations, I focus on the concrete practices that make things work (for organizations and for individuals). That could be talent strategies for happy and high-performing teams; or tools, processes and technology that help a team turn ideas to actuals. And, I’m all about sharing self-practices toward play and peace—ways to do your work without it being so much work.
See Endeavor TBD for how I could help you with your how.
Maker
I’m all about recognizing the beauty in ourselves, in each other and in the world to which we belong. As a practitioner, that means taking care to make sure technical things are pretty too! Decks, infographics and other explainers are made useful and nice to look at.
