Program & Network Manager for the Black Church Food Security Network (BCFSN)

We’re excited to be searching for a Program & Network Manager for the Black Church Food Security Network (BCFSN), based in Baltimore, MD, and serving a growing national network of churches and community partners.

BCFSN is a nationally respected, faith-rooted organization that brings Black churches, farmers, and communities together toward food sovereignty. Their work is about dignity, self-determination, and building Black-owned food systems that strengthen neighborhood economies.

The Program & Network Manager is a core operational role–leading the implementation of BCFSN’s signature programs (gardens, markets, food justice tours, bulk purchasing) while stewarding a 300+ church network across the country. This person will manage day-to-day program delivery, coordinate volunteers and partners, and build the systems that keep the work moving with clarity and consistency.
