We’re excited to be hiring two interns through the Maryland Technology Internship Program (MTIP).

Endeavor TBD partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen their systems, teams, and strategies so they can do more good in the world. This fall, we’re opening up two hands-on, paid opportunities for graduate students to join our team and contribute directly to projects that matter.

• Marketing Strategist Intern – Supports E.TBD’s digital marketing and storytelling efforts, from designing creative assets and social media content to capturing client testimonials and creating blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.

• Internal Technology Intern – Focuses on strengthening E.TBD’s internal systems, including optimizing Airtable and integrating ClickUp and Insightly, developing impact-tracking processes, and building AI-enabled tools to streamline our work.
