That’s exactly where Becky Davis, Assistant Director at the Center for Restorative Change (University of Maryland School of Social Work), found herself. She was tasked with managing program strategy that matched partner organizations with licensed social workers while also finalizing construction on a new early education space — complete with office space and four classrooms to serve 20+ community children.
